Like Mother, Like Daughter
Keona and me watched TV last night and she wants to wear my eyeglasses. Hubby got out of our room and when he returned, he brought with him an eyeglass. I asked him if it's has a grade or something correctional because it might ruin Keona's vision if she wears it but he told me that it was just for fashion and he used to wear it way back in college, when he was still very slim.
Keona got it right away and wore it. Hubby got the camera and took a picture of us. Yeah, we were having fun. Lil girl looked serious wearing that eyeglass. Here's our photo:

My swimsuit heiress
When I arrive home today from work, the dresses are placed in the laundry basket ready to be placed in the closet. I immediately arranged and sorted them and put them in their proper places inside our clothes cabinet when Keona spotted my old swimsuit. I bought it around 7 years back when we had an overnight beach party during my 25th birthday. I must be very slim at that time because it became very small for me now. As I'm piling up the clothes, Keona got the swimwear because the color is somehow similar to hers. She then asked hubby to put it on her and when it's done, she showed it off to us and to her grandma who's in the kitchen. We were really having a good laugh looking at her. Here she is...

Never mind the bikini placed on her head. LOLz .That swimwear is already hers but it has to wait until she gets older and it will fit her well.

Getting ready with Tito Troy's wedding
Keona's fever is gone and the rashes are also gradually diminishing. She's now in perfect shape:). So we are now preparing for Troy's wedding on the 21st. Keona will be a flower girl, me and hubby are cord sponsors. Keona has fitted already her dress which is part of the entourage rent. Hubby asked me what I'm gonna wear and I told him nothing:). Yeah, I don't have any formal dress:((. I'm not fond of wearing a dress. I'm more comfortable with jeans or slacks than skirt or whole body dress. So me and hubby are gonna look for something to wear. The motiff is magenta, so we'll gonna buy something in between the color of purple and pink. I'm gonna purchase also a blusher. I really don't wear make up that much. At work, I only have lipstick on and a pressed powder. Looking forward to it and I'm already excited for my little girl:).

Contact lenses or Eyglasses?
I'm currently wearing contact lenses for I want to look younger.LOL. I used to wear eyeglasses but when it was time to upgrade, I shifted to contact lenses, around two years ago. That was when our wedding was approaching. I didn't like to wear eyeglasses during the wedding ceremony. I wanted to look really beautiful without those eyeglasses. Usually, my contact lense lifespan is one year, so that means I need to change my contact lense again soon . But I'm having a second thought of buying a new one. I'm becoming lazy in putting on my contact lenses whenever I'm home. I only wear it whenever I go for work or go out to my daughter's pedia for check - up or go to the grocery store. And my dilemma comes in when my daughter wants me to sing her nursery songs on videoke at home. I cannot read those letters on TV even in a distance of about 6 - 8 meters! I have not yet memorized all 50 songs in her CD.I'm trying to weigh the pros and cons between wearing contact lenses and eyeglasses:
Advantages of wearing contact lenses
->Contacts dont fog up during rain
->I look better and younger with contact lenses
Disadvantages:
->It requires more time for maintenance
->I should adhere to my wearing schedules
->The expenses for the contact lens solution
Advantages of glasses:
->Glasses offer eye protection whenever I'm in places in which debris and fumes may be an issue.
->Any time that I'm in a hazardous environment that needs eye protection, glasses come in handy.
->Easy to wear

Disadvantages:
->The frames of glasses block my peripheral vision
->It becomes foggy during the rain
->Makes me look older
So now I already have these pros and cons but I'm still confused and can't decide yet. Contact lenses or eyeglasses? What can you say?
