Learning to Count

Little Keona has been learning to count. It'ss been quite sometime already that Grandma teaches her how to count. She has been listening to nursery rhymes that includes counting. So far her all time favorite is the nursery song...1, 2 buckle my shoe...3, 4 shot the door...

Last night, we were playing again and we did the counting while throwing her favorite balls of different colors. She can count already 1-10 without mistake. I love it when she's playing and at the same time learning.

Enjoying the night even without electricity

I thought there would be no brownout/blackout anymore! There have been rain showers already lately but then again power outage strikes back last night. I was already sleepy but what can I do? I can't sleep without electricity because it's too hot!

So hubby got the notebook and have Keona's nursery rhymes play on it. The dark and noiseless night turned into fun with Keona dancing and singing her favorite songs with the aid of the emergency light. She can now sing the alphabet song even if she cannot pronounced it right. And I'm happy that she's learning fast. Happy weekend friends:)

Sounds familiar? My daughter loves this song very much that when it starts playing on her Videoke, she would scream like a siren. It is so loud that it can make my ears vacuum and turn deaf. LOL

It's weekend again so we're gonna bury ourselves with so many nursery rhymes while munching on her favorite biscuit and favorite fruit - orange. Happy weekend everyone!
