Mom-in-law called me up in the office and told me to ask help from my Mom in the province to look for a house help. One of the house helps ask permission from her that she'll be going back home in their province and harvest rice in the fields. We can't ado anything because it's her decision to go home, so now, we are looking for a replacement.
